Liam has excelled in the development industry providing advice to ASX listed companies, delivering keynotes to government stakeholders and negotiating policy decisions in both a private and public role. He has a profound understanding of the planning legislation that applies to development and seeks to foster urban growth outcomes for the betterment of his City. Liam has a deep understanding of the emerging urban and regional growth challenges and is able to lead integrated development projects from concept to execution.

Liam is a strong technical analyst, with a high capacity for problem solving and project experience in developing systemic measures to deliver both land use and strategic planning projects.

Liam is passionate about advocating for the growth of the Gold Coast as the largest non-capital city in Australia and all of the benefits that come with growth. Liam seeks to promote change to planning policy to provide more innovative solutions to deliver housing outcomes that address the evolving needs of our diverse population.

Liam is a Gold Coast local, born and bred and enjoys his running, cycling and travelling.

Antonie Baradel is an Aviation Business Development Manager at Queensland Airports, which includes the Gold Coast, Townsville, Mount Isa and Longreach Airports. With almost a decade of experience in commercial management roles for British Airways and Qatar Airways, Antonie is now playing a key role in the growth and retention of airline routes and capacity across the airports network, including strengthening connectivity to and from the Gold Coast. With increasing air access, he is helping grow the region’s economy, support local business growth and enhance the city’s connections to Australia and the world.

Antonie is proud to call the Gold Coast his home after living abroad in multiple countries such as the U.K, Canada, NZ and Qatar most of his life. Ever since relocating here, he has become an avid beach volleyball player and makes sure to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible – when he’s not travelling!

As an advocate for the Gold Coast’s future, Antonie is committed to advancing YP Gold Coast’s mission to foster an ambitious, well-connected, and thriving city, where young professionals are empowered to influence the region’s direction.

Bridgette is the Founder and Design Director of ARCHINTERIORS Design Studio, a boutique, full-scope commercial interior, fit-out, and building design firm based in Burleigh Heads.
With over a decade of experience in her niche field, she leads her team across bespoke commercial projects, working with owners, builders and developers,
overseeing the design through to council approvals and construction delivery.

Bridgette is responsible for the design & delivery of some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic hospitality venues.
Her passion lies in placemaking – shaping communities, supporting local business, and contributing meaningfully to the city’s economic development.

She is committed to guiding Gold Coast’s growth with a global outlook while staying true to its relaxed coastal identity.
Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking in the hinterland or exploring new restaurants and bars along the coastline.

Amy is the People & Culture Manager at Send Payments, a high growth fintech transforming the way businesses move money across borders. As Send’s first HR hire, she’s built the People & Culture function from the ground up – leading recruitment, driving organisational change, and helping secure AFR’s 2024 Best Places to Work award for employee wellbeing.
Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Amy is a proud Griffith University alumni who actively supports emerging HR professionals through mentoring and community engagement. She’s passionate about the future of work, HR technology, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
