Nicholas Rossi is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Marino Law. Lawrence brings over a decade of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, having worked in London, where he became a Chartered Member of the RICS, before spending the past five years on the Gold Coast.

He has delivered extensive cost management services across numerous sectors throughout Queensland and Northern NSW. Lawrence also works closely with financiers, banks, and developers, providing project reporting and monitoring services to ensure feasibility, manage risk, and support successful project outcomes.

In his current role of Vice President of Organisational Effectiveness and Strategy at Accor, a leading hotel and augmented hospitality company, Chris leads transformation initiatives across the diverse region of Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. His expertise lies in translating high-level goals into clear, actionable plans and navigating organisational change to drive profitability and improve employee engagement. With a strong commitment to developing the leaders of tomorrow, Chris is always happy to share his experiences and knowledge.

Since relocating to the Gold Coast in 2015, Chris has immersed himself into the community, driven by a deep enthusiasm for the visitor economy, local born startups, and entrepreneurial spirit. James is an experienced, dual-degree qualified Financial Planner. Prior to joining Morgans, James worked within the NAB Financial Planning network on the Gold Coast. James has also completed the CFP® Certification program, which is the highest designation in financial planning for professional competency, ethics and professional practice standards.

Megan is the Brand Manager at full service marketing agency, Social & Staple. With a background in PR and Marketing, Megan champions the in-house Social & Staple marketing as well as supporting the wider team across services like paid advertising, email marketing, content creation and social media marketing.

Growing up on the northern end of the Gold Coast and now residing in the south, Megan has a great understanding of the vibrant city we are lucky enough to call home. Having worked across the beauty, food and beverage and fashion industries in small businesses across the Gold Coast, Megan has a great network of industry leaders she now calls friends.

Jacqueline is an Account Director at leading integrated communications agency, Sabio.

With over eight years in the industry, Jacqueline has driven widely recognised campaigns and projects for a diverse portfolio of the city’s most recognised brands across major events, tourism, hospitality, and retail.

Known in the industry for delivering outside the box campaigns that pack a punch, Jacqueline’s skills span across event management, activations, brand positioning, strategy development, and brand positioning.

Born, raised, and educated on the Gold Coast, Matt originally cut his teeth working in the business services and taxation service lines.
