Flynn will continue to ensure YP Gold Coast maintains excellent relationships with its sponsors and external partners.
Melissa is an Associate at Rose Litigation Lawyers and has practiced exclusively in commercial litigation on the Gold Coast since 2009. Her primary areas of practice include property, business and partnership disputes. Melissa’s practice also includes building and construction and body corporate litigation. Melissa graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), and through regular contributions to the Queensland Law Society’s ‘Proctor’ publication, Melissa’s focus has been on strengthening the Gold Coast’s young legal community.
Jessica is a Solicitor at O’Keefe Mahoney Bennett (OMB Solicitors) and practices predominately in property and commercial law. Being a past student of All Saints Anglican School and Bond University, Jessica has strong ties to the Gold Coast community. Her motivation is to maintain relationships and rapport with clients and like-minded professionals, through networking and the delivery of quality legal advice.
Todd Matheson is part of the McGrath Projects team for South East Queensland, specialising in Project Management, property acquisitions and amalgamation and site sales. He brings to McGrath, almost 10 years of valuable real estate insight, providing a wealth of knowledge to his clients and an ongoing passion for the Gold Coasts growth and property market.
Nicole is a qualified and registered urban planner passionate about our city. She is currently Senior Planning Advisor to the Director of Planning and Environment at City of Gold Coast.
Previously, Nicole was a founding director of a local planning consultancy firm, experienced in managing large development projects from inception through the approvals phase. Nicole was also previously Director of a small development company.
Nicole is the Queensland Vice President of Planning Institute of Australia. And a committee member of Regional Development Australia Gold Coast chapter.
Martin is an Urban Planner at Urbis, an Asia Pacific creative community of practice experts committed to shaping cities and communities for a better future.
He is passionate about influencing a culture of high quality development that responds to the Gold Coast’s unique city lifestyle. Martin achieves this by driving innovation and outcome focused planning solutions into his projects daily.
James is a Corporate Affairs Executive at Queensland Airports Limited, managing internal and external communication activities across the QAL Group, which includes Gold Coast Airport. James’ prior experience is in PR consultancy, where he created and managed national PR campaigns for private and publicly listed companies. James attended Bond University, graduating with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence with a major in Public Relations.
Edmond Krecsik is the Leasing Associate for the Precision Group, which is a Sydney based property Investment Company. His role is to assist with the commercial leasing of the company’s Queensland based assets. Born in Budapest, Hungary, he moved to the Gold Coast late 2003 and completed his primary and secondary education. In 2015, he graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Law degree and currently studying a Master of Business Administration course.
Sean is the Strategy and Operations Manager at Study Gold Coast and is a highly experienced project management and marketing consultant. In his role as President and as YP Gold Coast continues to gain momentum, Sean will be a passionate and key driver in the placement of the association as a voice for its members and is determined to make a difference in the development of our City. Sean graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Communication and holds a Masters of International Relations/Master of Laws from Bond University.
